I received my BS in physics from U. Delaware and my PhD in biophysics from UVA and have been doing science policy ever since. My focus is on STEM researchers and my life goal is to do right by the world by doing right by PhDs of all colors, genders, nationalities and disciplines. I've lived and worked in DC, Germany, and China. I've always been a ferocious reader and hope to become a more prolific writer. Always looking forward to what the future holds....
